ABOUT

I’m a multimedia artist and art therapy practitioner with a deep passion for using creativity as a tool for healing, transformation, and self-discovery. I truly believe in the power of the creative process to help us access inner wisdom, process trauma, and support overall mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

My artistic journey has been wide and colorful — from years of professional work in the digital arts to a recent, heartfelt return to the hands-on world of fine art. In the past, my offerings centered around digital design — including premade templates for products, printables, flyers, coloring pages, and books. These works have reached a wide audience, and I’m grateful for how they’ve supported others in their own creative journeys.

However, I’m excited to share that I’ve officially retired from the digital space (as of 2025!) and returned to where it all began for me: the tactile, soulful world of fine arts. Working with acrylic and watercolor, ink and graphite, I’ve rekindled a part of myself that was always waiting patiently beneath the surface. Creating with my hands again has been like reconnecting with an old friend — one who speaks a language beyond words.

My work is versatile and playful, often exploring a variety of genres and styles. I follow inspiration wherever it leads, letting intuition and emotion guide the brush.

Beyond creating art, I’m also committed to sharing what I’ve learned through my path in art therapy. I offer free resources for anyone seeking to use art as a healing tool — whether you’re moving through trauma, looking for stress relief, or simply longing to reconnect with your creative self. I invite you to explore Anahata Soul, where you’ll find these heart-centered tools and offerings designed to nurture your soul and support your well-being.

Thank you for being here. I hope my work speaks to something inside of you — and that it inspires you to create, to heal, and to feel more fully alive.
