LETTING GO

Letting go with a hand is simple in motion but deeply symbolic. A clenched fist holds tight—gripping what it fears to lose. But when the hand opens, it shifts from control to release, from tension to peace. It trusts. Sometimes, we hold on to people, memories, expectations, or pain. And yet, just like the hand, there comes a time when strength is found not in grasping, but in allowing things to fall away. The hand does not forget what it held. It simply learns that freedom comes in the open palm.
